Welcome to studio domka LLC (“studio domka,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website (studiodomka.com), services, products, digital content, or any related offerings, including but not limited to brand strategy services, personal brand coaching and mentorship, the HomeComing Process™, digital products, courses, art products, and educational content you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Business Information

studio domka LLC is a limited liability company registered in the state of Connecticut, United States. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.

2. Services & Products Covered

These Terms apply to all aspects of Studio Domka’s business, including but not limited to:

• Brand strategy, identity design, social media and website design services (custom client projects)
• Personal brand coaching, mentorship, and advisory services (including 1:1 coaching, group mentorship, and workshop-based programs)
• Proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and resources, including but not limited to the HomeComing Process™
• Online courses, workshops, and other digital products
• Physical products offered through our art shop
• Free content such as our podcast, blog, and journal articles

3. Payments, Deposits & Refunds

Client Projects: Custom project deposits and payment schedules are outlined in individual client contracts prior to project kickoff. Deposits are required to reserve your project timeline and are applied toward the total project fee. Specific terms including payment deadlines, deliverables, and cancellation policies are detailed in each client agreement and supersede this general policy.

Digital Products, Courses & Workshops: All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to online courses, downloads, and workshops, are final and non-refundable.

Coaching & Mentorship: Payments for coaching and mentorship services including 1:1 sessions, group programs, and mentorship packages are also final and non-refundable once the program has begun. Please review program details carefully before purchasing.

Physical Products & Art Shop: All physical product sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure that all order details are correct before purchase.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage

Custom Design Work: Studio Domka retains full ownership and copyright of all design work until final payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership rights to the agreed-upon deliverables transfer to the client as outlined in the project contract. Clients may not modify, reproduce, resell, or redistribute Studio Domka’s work without prior written consent.

Digital Content & Courses: All digital products, course materials, and online content provided by Studio Domka are protected by copyright and are intended for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

Coaching & Mentorship Materials: Any tools, templates, exercises, or frameworks shared during coaching or mentorship programs are for personal and non-commercial use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited without written consent.

Proprietary Frameworks: Any methodologies, processes, or intellectual property developed by studio domka, including but not limited to the HomeComing Process™, are the exclusive property of studio domka LLC. These materials are for personal and non-commercial use only and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or repurposed without express written consent.

Blog, Podcast & Free Content: All free content (including blog posts and podcast episodes) is owned by Studio Domka and may not be reproduced, repurposed, or redistributed without written consent.

5. Liability, Coaching & Results Disclaimer

Studio Domka provides creative, educational, and strategic services to support your personal and professional growth. However:

• No Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding specific results, business outcomes, or success resulting from the use of our services, strategies, coaching, mentorship, proprietary processes (including the HomeComing Process™), or products.

• Coaching Is Not Therapy or Professional Advice: Coaching and mentorship services are designed to provide guidance, support, and perspective. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

• Client Responsibility: By participating in coaching or mentorship services, you agree that you are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

6. Shipping, International Orders & Product Issues

We ship physical products within the United States and internationally. Any additional costs, including customs fees, duties, or international shipping costs, are the responsibility of the buyer.

studio domka is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping once the package leaves our studio. However, we value your satisfaction — if an issue arises, please contact us at hello@studiodomka.com and we will do our best to make it right.

7. Third-Party Links & External Content

Our website and communications may include links to third-party websites or services. Studio Domka is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of these external sites. Use them at your own discretion.
